Tweetviews: Noisettes and The Strange Boys
Today's tweetviews focus on the new releases from London's Noisettes (UK only) and the Austin-based band, The Strange Boys.
Noisettes - Wild Young Hearts (2.5/5).Shoniwa's voice is the best thing about this. Comes off a bit unfocused, not much pop in this pop album.
MP3s have not been authorized, but you can listen to most of the album on YouTube if you are interested.
The Strange Boys - And Girls Club (3/5).Lo-fi psychopunk w/ jangly guitars. Guitar work is good and muddy at times. Bet they are a good bar band.
